Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering or a related field and four (4) or more years of equivalent technical experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in SharePoint development, specializing in building web parts with SPFx and utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks, with strong proficiency in TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Office 365 technologies.
- Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) and business process automation (BPA).
- Experience in analysis, design development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale apps.
- Exposure to MS SQL, and other databases.
- Experience with API or services integrations and implementing solutions with multiple data sources.
- Agile/Scrum development experience is a plus.
- Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
Responsibilities
The Solutions Engineer is responsible for identifying requirements, designing, developing, debugging, testing, and implementing technical solutions using existing and emerging technologies. Focus will be on, but not limited to, Microsoft/Office 365 platform applications such as Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with end users and cross-functional IT and business teams to develop and implement systems that address business challenges and align IT services with Company objectives.
- Implement and configure functional Office 365 Platform solutions based on business objectives and requirements.
- Develop workflow and process automation solutions on Office 365 Platform Services as necessary.
- Integrate Office 365 with other systems using a variety of integration technologies and techniques.
- Own the architecture and deployment strategy for SharePoint implementation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with users and IT teams to identify and develop functional and process requirements, and provide input on solution recommendations.
- Prepare and document requirements, solution diagrams, flowcharts, layouts and test plans.
- Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for questions and troubleshoot end-user issues.
- Identify and document best practices and processes regarding custom systems.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
