Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer for one of our clients. This is an hybrid role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and Demand Analysis:

• Understand market dynamics, technology trends, and user needs in the renewable energy generation industry to provide foundational data support for company planning.
• Plan the development direction of company products based on market demand.

Solution Design and Technical Selection:

• Design detailed renewable energy generation system solutions based on project plans and requirements, including equipment selection, system layout, and operational strategies.
• Select appropriate power generation equipment, energy storage systems, control systems, and other key equipment based on project characteristics and technical requirements.
• Consider cost control in solution design to ensure the economic feasibility of projects.

Technical Support and After-Sales Service:

• Provide technical training to relevant project personnel to ensure they master the operation and maintenance skills of renewable energy generation systems.
• Offer technical support during project operation to resolve technical issues that arise.
• Develop system maintenance plans and conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure long-term stable system operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector (e.g., photovoltaics, energy storage, charging stations, integrated energy management) is highly preferred.
• Excellent English and local language proficiency.
• Proactive, strong interpersonal and stress management skills, clear logic, and strong learning ability.
