Immense Networks is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in designing, presenting, and implementing IT solutions that meet the needs of our diverse client base. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Design and propose IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Lead proof-of-concept demonstrations and presentations for potential and existing clients.
• Assist in developing technical documentation and solution proposals.
• Work with vendors and third-party providers to integrate various technologies.
• Provide guidance and oversight during solution implementation and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

​

• 3+ years of experience in IT solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or a similar role in an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with networking, security, and virtualization technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
