Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to spearhead new logo acquisition in our banking & capital markets division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing new logos especially in the mid-tier banking and capital markets sector. This role requires a good understanding of the banking & capital markets domain & technology, and a hunter mentality to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:
- Proactively identify and target new financial services accounts, including banks, wealth management firms, asset management firms, fintech organizations etc.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, existing relationships, networking, and cold outreach.

Sales Execution:
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

Market Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services landscape.
- Present insights to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.

Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Act as a point of escalation for critical client issues during the sales cycle.

Revenue Targets:
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas, driving significant revenue growth.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and report metrics to leadership.

Collaboration:
- Partner with internal practice teams, marketing teams and extended sales functions to develop targeted campaigns and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure seamless transition and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
β
Experience:
- At least 10+ years of experience in B2B domain & technology sales, with a focus on banking & capital markets organizations.
- Demonstrated success in a hunter role, securing mid to large enterprise accounts.

Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with AI, cloud computing, analytics, IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and DevOps solutions.
- Understanding of financial services processes, including retail banking, wealth management, capital markets, and insurance.

Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex client requirements and position appropriate solutions.
β
Education:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
β
Other:
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
