About The Job

Vbrick is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Software Solution Consultant with direct ServiceNow platform experience to support business opportunities and manage customer relationships leveraging the power of integrating enterprise video with the ServiceNow platform. As a member of our technical sales team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the various ServiceNow solution areas where video experiences have impact, across the entire platform including but not limited to Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX Solution Sales. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our partner to identify immediate & long-term business needs and articulate Vbrick's powerful value proposition.

What You'll Do

  • Technical consulting role responsible for directly supporting the development of partner opportunities, managing and closing business within our technology partner, ServiceNow.  
  • Support video-enabled solution sales as the ServiceNow technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team  
  • Lead a complex technical sales cycle; leverage and collaborate with additional resources; partners, account teams, inside sales, and the sales engineering team  
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs  
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value  
  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team  
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation within the ServiceNow ecosystem  
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows  
  • Helping to develop and articulate the Vbrick ServiceNow value of video and communicate to ServiceNow account teams, partners and customers

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years Enterprise Software technical sales experience (customer accounts with 5000+ employees), with a proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions  
  • 5+ years' experience selling into the ServiceNow ecosystem  
  • Continue to develop an ongoing deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its products for IT, HR, customer service and industry solutions  
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape, enterpise video experience, industry trends, and customer needs so you can effectively position Vbrick solutions within prospective accounts  
  • Ability and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its products for IT, HR, customer service and industry solutions  
  • Previous success with complex sales involving multiple decision makers  
  • Good working knowledge of Partner ecosystem and experience establishing and fostering strong Partner relationships.  
  • Strong consultative technical sales and closing skills  
  • The ability to partner with value-add integrators / resellers  
  • Enterpise video experience desirable, not a requirement
