Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our team in the Financial Services industry, based in New York. This role involves overseeing multiple concurrent software implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. The successful candidate will also be responsible for stakeholder management, communication and reporting, risk management, and documentation and data management.

Responsibilities

•  Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans for multiple concurrent software implementation projects
•  Meet regularly with the project team and help drive value stream to meet set objectives
•  Hold stakeholders accountable for task completion and ensure timely resolution of any roadblocks
•  Identify potential risks and issues in advance, developing strategies for mitigation and contingency planning
•  Proactively address project challenges and ensure swift resolution to maintain project momentum
•  Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
•  Maintain and update project data in tracking systems and tools, ensuring all information is readily accessible

Requirements

​

​

•  Minimum of three years of experience in a project management role within the financial services industry.
•  Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management tasks. Experience using Rocketlane a plus.
•  Experience with cloud technologies is required.
•  Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential.
•  Familiarity with database management.
•  Experience with EO/IR systems.
•  Proficient in the use of About Time for time tracking and project management.
•  Demonstrated experience with Agile Scrum project management methodology.
•  Experience in budget processes including planning, tracking, and reporting.
•  Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
•  Experience in the construction sector would be beneficial.
