You will be joining a team of performance-driven Willowers, backed by the most advanced technology the built world has ever seen.

Willow is expanding our sales and business development teams. We are looking for an individual that is experienced in leading business development and sales efforts for enterprise software solutions digitizing the built world. An ideal candidate will have experience building and leading a sales function in a tech start up or SaaS provider, generating new leads and possess the persistence to follow these opportunities to closure. Hungry and passionate best describe our needs in this role and would pair those characteristics with an education and empathy for the end users of the Willow software, inclusive of the daily challenges of managing a portfolio of real estate and the local challenges of facility and asset management.

What You Will Do

  • Direct and execute activities under the GTM strategy involving the sale of Willow products and solutions
  • Manage the selling of solutions to resolve complex customer problems and issues
  • Establish best practice sales operations - reports, setting of quotas, sales funnel activity etc
  • Mentor and directly oversee the sales team - managers, account executives and operational staff.
  • Influencing C-Suite customers to buy Willow products and solutions through solution based selling methods
  • Developing strong customer relationships and maintaining them over the time

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in building and leading sales functions
  • Industry experience selling Smart Facilities and Energy Efficiency solutions to higher education and healthcare sectors
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and methods for marketing and selling SaaS products and services.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in the higher education and healthcare sectors
  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth and expanding market share through improving sales efficiencies
  • Expert in solution based selling with a focus on tailoring offerings to meet the specific operational and sustainability goals of institutions 
  • Strong collaboration ability working closely with product, marketing and deployment teams to align sales strategies
  • High level of communication skills, providing information to sales team, product teams, marketing teams both internally as well as to customers.
  • Excellent understanding of industry emerging trends in AI, sustainability and energy efficiency
  • Understanding of the competitor landscape and positioning our product against others in the market.
  • Use of Salesforce or other other CRM technology to manage the sales funnel
