We’re hiring an experienced and entrepreneurial VP of Sales to build and lead our enterprise sales function from the ground up. This is a pivotal role where you’ll craft and execute a sales strategy aimed at driving growth within our core customer base.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth with enterprise level customers
• Take a hands-on approach in securing key deals and setting best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, product, tech, and finance teams to align sales with company goals.
• Build and scale the sales function, preparing for future team expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on gaming.
• Proven experience in building and leading successful sales teams.
• Strong network in gaming, film and XR, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Understanding of 3D game production workflow.
