Vice President, Sales & Service
About The Role

The VP of Sales & Service will develop and lead a ticket sales, service, and operations team. The role will be accountable for implementing the processes and systems for effective sales and service, building strategies for revenue growth, and developing a high performance team culture. The VP will lead a team overseeing season tickets, suites and premium, and group and individual ticket sales (approximately 15 roles). This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

- Hire and oversee a GA and premium sales staff, including recruiting and employee development and training as well as development of a commission plan
- Lead the development and execution of a ticketing strategy, including pricing and on-sale strategies for premium and GA season and individual ticket sales
- Develop and implement a sales management process, including implementing key data systems (e.g., CRM) to generate insights
- Select and implement a ticketing system and develop a ticket operations strategy
- Work with the CRO and Finance team to set revenue and attendance targets
- Work with the marketing team to generate a revenue pipeline for sustainable growth
- Engage and development key premium relationships in the Boston market
- Work across the organization to create a frictionless gameday experience
- Provide strategic pricing guidance based on market analysis

Location & Availability
β
Currently in or willing to relocate to Boston; able to work in-person on a regular basis and attend events on nights and weekends from time to time as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will consist of salary and company-sponsored benefits and will be commensurate with the experience of the selected candidate.
