Withings revolutionized connected health by launching the world's first Wi-Fi scale in 2009.

Since then, we introduced the first activity and sleep tracking analog watch, and the first Bluetooth enabled, portable blood pressure monitor. Our products enable ordinary people to effortlessly keep track of their activity, sleep, weight, heart health, and more. Our award-winning ecosystem also includes an advanced sleep-tracking mat, and medically accurate devices for precise and effortless blood pressure and body temperature monitoring.

As part of our preventative health strategy, we’ve developed new devices which enable our users to detect undiagnosed chronic conditions, such as atrial fibrillation and breathing disturbances.

In North America, we partner with Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, and other retailers. Our products are also used in diabetes prevention programs, remote patient monitoring initiatives, and university-led clinical studies, and our free application, Health Mate, has millions of active users around the globe.

About the Role

By facilitating access to reliable medical data directly from patients to healthcare professionals, Withings enables its partners not only to optimize the management of their patients' care, but also to generate revenue, reduce costs and improve their engagement with their treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Withings sales team in Boston to present our devices, services and solutions to potential partners and customers.
• Provide advanced technical support, answer technical questions and propose integration solutions to our partners.
• Write and propose documentation, technical diagrams and Proof of Concept to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions.
• Evaluate and monitor the quality of service of implemented solutions through data analysis.
• Contribute to the definition of the Roadmap for future services in collaboration with the Product team.

Requirements:

• Initial training as an engineer or software developer
• 3+ years corporate experience in technically oriented positions(just after school, would consider less than 3 years with real concrete experience during the studies, entrepreneur experience + 2 years is good) 
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in English
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Strong motivation and commitment to excellence and customer success.
• Fluent English required.
• After an initial training period of 2-3 months in Issy les Moulineaux, the position will be based in Boston.
