We’re looking for a senior sales leader to join us on a contract-to-hire basis and drive Shodat’s business and revenue in key geographic regions.

Role Overview:

We’re offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for a senior sales executive with a proven track record of success in technology product and solution sales. This initial 3-6 month contract will allow us to assess performance and cultural fit while offering you the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and results. If we find a mutual fit and see strong delivery, there’s high potential for this role to transition into a full-time position.

In this role, you will provide leadership to our sales team, develop sales strategies, and lead our efforts to expand Shodat’s market share globally. This position requires building strong customer relationships, driving business value, and contributing to Shodat’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key global markets.

Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding accounts.

Pipeline & Market Development: Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, researching new prospects and nurturing existing leads.

Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and support to drive sales excellence.

Collaborative Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success and product development, to deliver seamless solutions and services to clients.

Market Insights: Leverage your knowledge of the market to inform business strategy and guide product development, ensuring we meet customer needs.

Qualifications: 10+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, SaaS, or technology solutions.

Proven track record of revenue growth and managing international sales teams.

Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and enterprise-level relationship management.

Leadership experience in hiring and managing a team of sales professionals.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
