VP Sales – Innovative Packaging/Print Products – Private Equity

Our client is a dynamic middle-market designer and developer of specialty packaging/print products for the North American market, primarily going to market directly with extensive use of digital as well as disciplined direct account management. This up-and-comer in the sector has a reputation for bringing innovative, valued solutions to the market, keeping it at the forefront of the sector. The company is on a strong upward trajectory having gained additional traction through the pandemic and poised for continued strong sales growth moving forward, augmented by additional private equity investment in acquisitive and organic growth initiatives.

We are seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic sales executive to drive continued revenue growth for the business while underlaying a foundation of “best practice” sales operations fundamentals. The VP Sales will partner with the CEO in refining strategy and providing a sales and product roadmap to drive market penetration in a hands-on sales leadership role. You will be responsible for enhancing sales performance while developing a more robust sales operations and support organization. This position requires experience managing sales functions in a custom commercial products environment combined with a strong tech orientation and use of CRM/ERP and digital sales tools.

This position offers the opportunity to work with an industry leading private equity sponsor with visibility to track to the Chief Revenue/Chief Commercial Officer role. An attractive compensation package including bonus and equity participation is offered as part of the overall incentive structure.
