Position: Workday Implementation Manager

Contract Type: 6-12 Month Contract (Potential for Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Remote (Up to 20% Travel Required)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Implementation Manager with extensive experience in Workday Contracts and Projects modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to be hands-on when necessary. This role requires someone who can understand current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Workday solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of Workday, specifically focusing on Contracts and Projects modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing processes and requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions.
• Design and configure Workday solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful and timely implementation.
• Train and mentor team members and end-users on Workday functionalities.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Workday implementation, specifically in Contracts and Projects modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to design Workday solutions that meet complex organizational needs.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and deployment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.

Contract Details:

• Initial 6-month contract with the potential for contract-to-hire.
• Majority of the work will be performed remotely, with occasional travel as needed.
