BPO Solution Sales Director
Job Title: Solutions PreSales Director
The Solutions PreSales Director will cultivate a deep understanding of the client's business and the services provided by Wipro, with the objective of optimizing client satisfaction, ensuring that the client experiences a best in class delivery from Wipro while helping to identify and drive new business opportunities. Preferred location east coast.
The executive will collaborate with the Client Executive Leadership and GO (Global Operations) with delivery requirements, negotiations, and will ensure compliance with contract delivery terms.
Required Skills and Areas of Experience:
- BPO + Solutions / Presales
- Familiarity with specific industry practices and challenges related to BPO services (Industries: Retail, Travel, Transportation, Hospitality).
- Understanding of BPO business processes (in general or service specific)
- Ability to identify opportunities to reduce costs within operations
- Ability to analyze business operations and identify opportunities to optimize them
- Project management: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor- RFXs
- Excellent skills on PPT and XLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with clients, and internal stakeholders
