Company

Partner in Publishing’s Talent Search Group is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales, K-12 on behalf of our client, provider of professional development, engaging curriculum, relevant resources, and master’s degree programs for K-12 art educators.

Job Overview

The Director of Enterprise Sales will take charge of all operations within the sales department and is ultimately responsible for all preparations and efforts in and around achieving quota, hiring, developing and leading team members, and implementing and maintaining pipeline management best practices and standards using a CRM platform.

This position will report to the Chief Growth Officer and is eligible for remote work within the US. Travel is required, up to 40% through the year.

Essential Functions

  • Achieve team’s annual quota, providing regular updates on quota trends, specific contracts and their potential risks, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Strategically develop the team’s monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, and hold individual contributors accountable
  • Develop, manage, and advance sales pipeline
  • Recruit, develop, and lead top sales talent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Expert in sales coaching, training, and driving team members towards personal excellence and achievement
  • Expert understanding of the sales process at both the macro and micro level
  • Ability to understand and empathize with administrators, art teachers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively interpret sales analytical reports and data to determine what is actionable.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and in tune with all aspects of the sales department.
  • Self-driven work ethic and ability to fully function in a remote/from home work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise or B2B sales experience
  • Enterprise software sales experience, preferably in K-12 curriculum and professional learning software platforms
  • Demonstrated experience working with a variety of technology and platforms
  • Hubspot CRM knowledge
