ASI is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales & Customer Service ร to lead our sales and customer service functions. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B software sales, team leadership, and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

Sales Leadership

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

Customer Service & Experience

- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Implement customer success initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and work cross-functionally to resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize feedback and analytics to improve service delivery and engagement.

Collaboration & Strategy

- Partner with marketing to align messaging, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Work closely with product and development teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Represent ASI at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for sales and customer service functions.

What You Bring

- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the B2B software industry.
- Strong background in customer success and service management.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
