Who You Are

โ€‹

ASI is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales & Customer Service ร‚ to lead our sales and customer service functions. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B software sales, team leadership, and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

Sales Leadership

โ€‹

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

Customer Service & Experience

โ€‹

  • Oversee customer service operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Implement customer success initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and work cross-functionally to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize feedback and analytics to improve service delivery and engagement.

Collaboration & Strategy

โ€‹

  • Partner with marketing to align messaging, lead generation, and brand positioning.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Represent ASI at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for sales and customer service functions.

What You Bring

โ€‹

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the B2B software industry.
  • Strong background in customer success and service management.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
