Job Description:

The HR Product Delivery and Management Team is seeking an HRIS Implementation Manager, on the Payroll or Time and Absence Product Team.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring Payroll/Time and Absence technologies, preferably with Workday
• Workday Configuration experience (both implementing and configuring Workday)
• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow functions.
• Experience with HR systems in a complex, regulated, global environment with multiple integrations.
• Ability to operate as part of cross-functional work streams in order to execute projects with quality and on time.
• Experience as a part of an agile product team using JIRA and Confluence
• Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories.
• Self-driven and able to take work from story creation to deliver
