Your Mission
To bridge the gap between the Network solution set and targeted customer needs by providing technical expertise, clear communication, and tailored demonstrations. Aim to empower clients to fully understand the value and capabilities of our products, ensuring a clear and distinct correlation between solution capability and customer needs in an effort to enable revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
The Solutions Engineer role is an essential role within the GTM team at Network. This position will be tasked with the following:
- Understanding client pain points and needs through a continuous discovery process.
- Constructing a tailored demonstration, relevant to the buyer’s unique challenges and goals, while embedded in an environment familiar to the prospect’s industry.
- Working closely with sales and marketing in articulating and advancing market messaging.
- Synthesize market feedback, collaborating with sales, to provide greater clarity for product management as to market needs and opportunities for solution enhancement.
- Partner with product management in defining, prioritizing and continuously evaluating a product roadmap.
- Work with strategic partners in helping enable and educate their understanding of the Network solution capabilities.
- You have 5+ years experience supporting business development activities as a technical solutions resource.
- Experience selling enterprise grade solutions which help organizations improve their ability to manage an external workforce.
- Demonstrated experience working with large enterprise buyers (1,000 employees +).
- Technical understanding of an open API integration framework to guide integration discussions with partners and prospects
- Have supported complex sales cycles, working within a sales team, interfacing with many stakeholders representing operational owners to executive leadership, on deals which can take months from discovery to close.
- A value-centric focus on product demonstrations and client messaging.
- Familiarity in maintaining and managing a demo environment, including data staging and workflow design.
- A diligent and thorough approach to preparation.
- An ability to operate and thrive within a nimble and agile organization.
- A curious and inquisitive mindset, constantly seeking to understand “the why” for customers and partners.
