Pricing Solution Engineer
Stefanini EMEA is seeking a Pricing Solution Engineer to join our Digital Solution Center.
Our Pricing Solution Engineers play a crucial role in providing pre-sales support to the Salesforce team, focusing on securing new deals and enhancing existing contracts through tailored solutions and competitive pricing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis of requests for information (RFI) and/or proposal (RFP) and identify sizing and modelling parameters for the Stefanini Digital Workplace Service Offerings;
- Collect data internally and externally;
- Model and size the delivery teams as per Client requirements and SLAs;
- Manage meetings with stakeholders;
- Propose efficiencies and year over year reductions;
- Prepare pricings with respect of deadlines;
- Maintain the pricing model and the solutions knowledge base;
- Suggest improvements to bidding process, knowledge base and pricing model;
- Provide technical assistance to Sales prior to, and during, the bidding process;
- Benchmark solutions practice internally and externally;
- Participate in prospect/client meetings as a solutions advisor;
- Managing the output of Discovery activities including assumptions and dependencies and planning for Due Diligence completion;
- Understand and analyze current IT solutions and IT operations of customers;
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop commercial models;
- Design IT operation fitting business and technology requirements based on ITIL and using Stefanini's global capabilities;
- Provides accurate pricing models and provides input to pricing models built by other colleagues, by ensuring that the number of resources on a project balance the required workload with the need of ensuring price competitiveness;
- Initiates and leads projects for improving overall staff utilization, while ensuring the number of technicians used by various projects is optimized without jeopardizing the service levels; works with delivery managers in order to ensure that the agreed plans are executed successfully and within the agreed timeline;
- Participates in ad-hoc projects required by the need to optimize the people related or desk allocation related costs.
Job Requirements:
- Approx. 2+ years of experience in IT;
- Experience in a similar role is preferred;
- Fluency in data analytics tools and methodologies, including but not limited to advanced Microsoft Excel;
- English proficiency, written and verbal, is a must;
- Familiarity with ITIL v3 or 4 would be advantageous.
