Job Title: QuickBooks Implementation Consultant

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: Full Time Permanent

The QuickBooks Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing the setup, customization, and optimization of QuickBooks software for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring QuickBooks to meet those needs, and providing training and support to ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their accounting needs and business processes. Provide recommendations for QuickBooks configurations and integrations.

  • Implementation: Oversee the setup and customization of QuickBooks, including chart of accounts, customer/vendor records, and financial reports.

  • Data Migration: Manage the migration of financial data from existing systems to QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use QuickBooks effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Integration: Configure and integrate QuickBooks with other business systems and third-party applications as needed.

  • Updates & Maintenance: Keep abreast of QuickBooks updates and new features. Implement necessary updates and advise clients on best practices.
