Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a national sales strategy to increase market share and drive revenue growth across the USA.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and ensure a competitive edge in the injection moulding market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and product development, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and insights to senior leadership.

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing or injection moulding industry.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the injection moulding process, materials, and market trends.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to travel nationally as needed and work remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
