The Refind Closet, founded in 2019, is a premier location for indulging in the world of designer resale. We take immense pride in our exquisite collection of women's designer clothing and accessories, carefully curated from some of the most coveted closets across the country. Though we have a physical location in Seattle, Washington, we are known for our unique Live Shows (currently, we livestream 6 days per week) with an audience from around the world. In addition, thanks to our relationships with designers around the United States, our audience gets the opportunity to hear directly from these industry icons during Lives.

We are at another pivotal growth stage and therefore seeking several additional team members; Sales Manager/Director, Marketing Director, Business Development Representative, Consignor Relations, and Sales Associates.

Sales Manager (Director potential for the right candidate/experience)

Reporting to the CEO/Founder, The Manager (Director potential for the right candidate/experience) of Sales will have responsibility for all sales. You will be a member of the leadership team, driving strategies and ensuring alignment with revenue goals and operations. In this role, you will develop and implement growth strategies (including promotions & events), be responsible for an individual quota, and the overall team quota, coach, lead, and motivate a high performance sales team including Sales Associates and Stylists, and a BDR. You will be responsible for driving both new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers, helping convert consignors to shoppers, and continue to evolve expectations around customer value, inventory, and spend as the business grows and evolves. Ideally you will already have an existing book of business of clientele you’ve provided exceptional service to and cultivated over years.

Deliverables you’ll be measure on:

● Meeting/exceeding monthly Boutique quota; identifying strategies and then executing sales optimization, competitive pricing, and monetization opportunities  

● Manage and develop a book of business/relationships; maximizing sales volume, customer satisfaction, and customer success  

● Continuously drive performance (yours and the teams) and elevate The Refind brand  

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative approaches to targeted Customers  

● Provide accurate, transparent revenue forecasting, and contribute to overall business planning  

● Analyze sales reports to ensure both internal and external targets and revenue goals are achieved  

● Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: writing schedules, the integrity of the floor & merchandise, building a temp pool to address high volume times/vacations.

Core Competencies and Experience that will help set you up for success:

● Minimum 10+ years of successful experience in building and leading a sales organization; with at least 2+ years in a luxury retail environment. And 2+ years managing a team of direct reports.  

● Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota objectives  

● Proven experience developing and refining sales processes, sales planning, and value propositions  

● Resourceful problem solver who independently translates high-level goals into actionable plans and results  

● High proficiency integrating CRM strategies, technologies, data, and analysis  

● Operate with a strong sense of urgency, creating a results-driven, team-oriented environment  

● Demonstrated leadership skills with executive presence and charisma  

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  

● Ability to move fast, be bold, think analytically, and thrive in a dynamic environment
