Job Description:

As a Solution Engineer at Firmograph, you will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and the sales team. You will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Firmograph’s products to potential clients, providing technical expertise, and ensuring seamless integration and implementation of our solutions. This role requires a technically proficient individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Presentations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the technical capabilities and benefits of Firmograph’s solutions.

• Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

• Sales Support: Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process, including pre-sales consultations and post-sales implementation.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Firmograph’s products and services to effectively communicate their value and functionality.

• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and FAQs, to assist clients and the sales team.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide client feedback and contribute to product development.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or similar role, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology sectors.

• Technical Skills: Strong technical background with a good understanding of AI, software solutions, and integration processes.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.

• Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

• Customer-Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and design solutions that address their challenges.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
