The Space Real Estate Team is growth oriented and dedicated to creating an environment where our agents can thrive!

We are seeking a unique individual skilled in communicating with people on a deep level, coaching them on how to turn inward to solve issues. Our goal is to help every agent to reach their full potential and be highly productive in every way. Our team is currently 110 active agents, and growing.

Your main responsibilities will be driving production through mindset, effective business planning, coaching our real estate agents on self development, discipline and overcoming obstacles holding them back from being successful. You will hold agents accountable to their goals, push them towards success and coach them to train their mindset for victory. You will be the key driver in helping our agents work through building a successful real estate business, beginning with lead generation and filling their sales funnel, all the way through a successful closing and post-sale referral generation.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years managing/motivating/training sales agents with a demonstrated record of success as well as 2+ years managing multiple departments or business units through their department/unit leaders. You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain sales strategies to all agents regardless of their experience level. Must also possess patience, strong leadership skills, professionalism and a passion for seeing sales agents grow and achieve success in their roles. Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks with variable deadlines. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Meet 1:1 with every agent after initial onboarding to assess their current state of mind/goals/motivation levels. 
  • Report KPIs in leadership meetings and provide insights on data. 
  • Implementation of new procedures, plans and strategies to achieve company goals. 
  • Set expectations for performance, attendance, participation and sales. 
  • Make sure the agent feels supported and encouraged, while being pushed to be the best version of themselves. 
  • Provide regular accountability for each agent. 
  • Foster team culture and agent participation through Slack, trainings, meetings, etc. 
  • Collaborate with and oversee Agent Development and Recruiting departments to come up with strategies to exceed departmental goals. 
  • Ability to answer questions occasionally on evenings and weekends via telephone. 
  • Willingness to work out of both Chandler and Scottsdale offices. 
  • Hours are M-F 9-4 in office. 
  • You will have the opportunity to sell real estate yourself as well, if you choose to. 

A current real estate license is required for this position.
